Oxford families have good reasons to get out on the court. Oxford Parks & Recreation lists Ryan's Courts, the town tennis courts across from Quaker Farms School on Great Oak Road, and Posypanko Park on Hawkins Road, which has tennis courts along with pickleball courts and ball fields.

If you have a child who has started swinging a racquet, tennis lessons for kids are a great way to build coordination and confidence. Lucas spent three summers as an assistant coach at the Highfield Country Club kids summer camps, coaching ages 6 to 12 in tennis fundamentals. Teens and adults get the same full hour of individual attention, whether the goal is a first rally or a stronger second serve.

Lessons are held at a local public court arranged when you book; we never promise a particular facility ahead of time. Use the request form to share the player's age, skill level and the days that work, and Lucas will reply to set things up.

Every private lesson is $45 for one hour, with flexible scheduling and all skill levels welcome.
